Circumference: Hold measuring tape at front hairline and follow to the back of the hairline, continue around head back up to starting point.
Front to back: Hold measuring tape at front hairline. Follow a straight line down center of head, ending at nape hairline.
Ear to ear: Hold measuring tape at hairline behind the ear. Measure across the top of head down to opposite hairline behind the other ear.
Understanding Hair Length: Straight vs. Wavy vs. Curly
Hair is always measured when it’s pulled completely straight, no matter the texture. This helps keep sizing consistent across different styles. However, how the hair looks when worn will vary depending on the texture.
Straight Hair: If you order 20 inches of straight hair, it will appear 20 inches long when worn. There's no shrinkage.
Wavy Hair: Has a natural “S” shape, so they appear a bit shorter than their measured length. A 20-inch wavy wig may look more like 18 inches once styled or worn. The waves create a gentle bounce that slightly shortens the look.
Curly Hair: Tend to shrink more because of their tighter shape. A 20-inch curly wig might appear closer to 16–17 inches when worn. The tighter the curl, the shorter it looks, even though it measures 20 inches when stretched straight.

This hair is so pretty! The hair came soft, with a light smell. I washed it with some moisturizing shampoo/conditioner and sprayed it with some leave-in conditioner and cream of nature curl cream. No issues with the curl pattern. The hair has minimal shedding and tangling, the lace also melted nicely and I did not bleach the knots. The parting space is spacious. I ordered a 13x4 14'' The one con I have about this unit is there are quite a few flyaways in the frontal. Overall the unit is true to color, length, and density. This is one of my favorite fall colors to wear, I will definitely be ordering again.
